The Location - Quarterdeck is centrally located, just 200 metres from Nelson Bay Beach for calm water swimming, picnics and BBQ's, then follow the foreshore another 500 metres to the marina and Nelson Bay's shops, cafes and restaurants.

The Unit - This first floor unit is North facing, with a level entry from the street (no stairs) and uninterrupted views across the Bay, watch the boats pass by from your balcony. There is a living area with a ceiling fan, sofa bed, flat screen TV and a DVD player, a dining area and a kitchen with a microwave, oven, cook top and dishwasher. Two bedrooms (queen bed and two single beds), one bathroom with a shower and access to an external laundry with a washer and dryer (coin operated). Secure parking in a single lock up garage.

There are definitely smoke alarms at this property.

  Love the view. The garage is on the same level as the apartment so it very easy to bring in luggage and supplies. Kitchen well equipped. Furniture could do with some updating especially the sofa. Will definitely consider this place for next time.

  Perfect clean apartment for family with 2 kids, easy walk to the beach , amazing view. Kitchen is fully equipped. The only downside - no key to access to the laundry and Realestste was unable to provide one, kind neighbor helped to unlock the door but it was an inconvenience.

  The property has an excellent location with a nice view but the apartment wasn't very clean and there wasn't any shampoo or new hand soap or tea and coffee so we had to buy them from Wollies. There was 1 half toilet roll in the bathroom. I wasn't happy with the cleanness or the furniture.
