The Location - Teramby Court is right in town, just 200 metres from Nelson Bay's cafes, restaurants, boutique shopping, marina and the beach. Park the car and walk! The Unit - This third floor unit has views over the marina from the balcony, which also has a gas BBQ and outdoor setting. The living area is air conditioned and has a flat screen TV and DVD player, a dining area and a kitchen with oven, cook-top, microwave and dishwasher. Two bedrooms (king bed and a tri bunk), one bathroom with a shower and access to an external shared laundry too. Parking for one car in a single lock up garage (no boat or trailer parking at this property). There are definitely smoke alarms at this property. Linen packs are provided for this property. lovely getaway, the apartment was modern and nice however it was not cleaned properly sheets did not smell fresh and some had stains. the bench wasnt clean, tv had splatter stains..things jst needed a wipe down which was disappointing. the floors and bathroom were clean and the overall apartment was great
