All this and just over two kilometres from the Salamander Shopping Centre and Tavern and just over ten minutes drive to Nelson Bay or boutique shopping, restaurants and the marina.
The Apartment - Located in the Gleneagles building on level 3, this apartment has a large balcony (with electric BBQ), to relax after a busy day and enjoy the views. There is air conditioned living with a flat screen TV, Blu-ray DVD player, Foxtel (platinum package with IQ box) and a sofa bed, and a full kitchen with microwave, dishwasher, oven and cook top. Two bedrooms with ceiling fans (each with king beds that can be split into two king singles), two bathrooms and an internal laundry with washer and dryer. Parking in a single undercover car space with lift access to the apartment.
