The Location - Situated in the popular area of Little beach. This holiday home is only 300m to the idyllic and picturesque Little Beach and Shoal Bay Beach, great for swimming, kayaking and stand up paddle boarding (which are available for hire), and have beautiful sandy beaches. There is a fantastic restaurant "The Boathouse' at Little Beach, and quaint tearooms with panoramic water views at the Nelson Bay Lighthouse. Little beach offers a shaded grassed area with tables, BBQ's, playground, take away/general store and public amenities. Shoal bay and Nelson Bay are both less than 2km away and offers boutique shopping, restaurants, cafes and a selection of aquatic activities including dolphin cruises at the bustling D'Albora Marina.

The House - This semi detached two storey house is situated on a corner block with a flat double driveway. On entering the house you are greeted to a tiled open plan living area with a cane suite, flat screen TV, Foxtel, Wi-Fi and a split level air conditioner. The well presented spacious kitchen is fully equipped with oven/stove top, fridge/freezer, microwave and dishwasher. There is a breakfast bar with bar stools and a dining area, this area flows out to a private undercover courtyard with outdoor furnishings, a gas BBQ and access straight to the beach through a back gate plus a clothes line and an outdoor shower Also on the ground level is one queen size bedroom and a bathroom with toilet, shower and vanity making this space perfect for an elderly or disabled guest who can't use the stairs. There is an internal laundry featuring a washer and dryer.

The upper level has ducted air conditioning and is carpeted throughout. This level offers another living area with access out to a balcony and two other bedrooms, one with a queen size bed and one with two sets of bunk beds. There is another bathroom which is three ways, with a double vanity, bath, shower and toilet. The driveway provides parking for two cars and a boat if required. Please note that the garage is not for guest use. This property has unlimited wi-fi. There are definitely smoke alarms at this property.
