Just 5 minutes walk to the waters of Shoal Bay and offering lovely views across to the heads of the bay.

The second floor unit offers open plan living and dining area opening out to a large private balcony with a BBQ. There is a modern and fully equipped kitchen and two large bedrooms, both with built in robes. The bathroom has recently been renovated with bath and shower all in one. Internal laundry can make your stay with the family a little easier.

There are definitely smoke alarms in this property.

There is an in ground pool in the complex as well as a games room.

A short walk to beach, restaurants & cafes.... the family will love the position, the pool and all this unit has to offer!

    I have stayed in this building for over 10 years and the last 2 times in apartment 6. I will not stay in this apartment again. We weren't given a key to the balcony door and had to wait for it to be brought.
    There was no gas for the BBQ. The kitchen stove is old, slow and the top is buckled, there are 2 old dented frypans, 1 saucepan with no lid and no baking dishes. Glasses & mugs were dirty. Pillows were stained. Very disappointing as the other apartments in the buildings are great.

    We had a good time, the apartment had everything we needed and was in a good location. We did run out of hot water once after we used the dishwasher and the washing machine on the same day, so I'd recommend showering first. Also bring a few extra rolls of toilet paper. The "games" room only had a ping pong table, so bring your own bats and balls if you wish to play.

    The location is lovely, with good views. However, we found it had not been cleaned, tere were items from guests dating back 10 years. The oven was faulty, the hot water was not working, the garage door was broken etc.
