Well appointed, air conditioned,two bedroom ground floor apartment with large terrace balcony and spectacular view of Boat Harbour. Located directly opposite the beach and a beautiful park with facilities. This apartment offers open plan living withmodern and tasteful furnishings. Main bedroom has a queen bed and built in robe. Second bedroom with built in robe. The bathroom has a spa bath and walk in shower and there is a shared laundry with washer and dryer. Single lock up garage completes this property. Managed to snag this one at the last minute and was very happy with it. Very tidy place, nice outdoor seating space overlooking the beach that enabled us to relax and see the kids on the beach. Great to have a spacious garage for all our bits and pieces.
