Government Rd 38 - Shoal Bay

This is a real holiday getaway! This  renovated house is great for a couple of families as there are six bedrooms, two new kitchens, two new bathrooms, two living rooms and all floorings have been redone. Located in popular Shoal Bay and walking distance to all amenties Shoal Bay has to offer.

Enjoy the summer breeze while having a drink or barbeque on the very large verandah equipped with outdoor furniture and a good size gas barbeque.

There is also a half size tennis court to use some of the extra energy after lazing in the sun on the beach which is only a five minute walk away!

There are definitely smoke alarms at this property.

Linen and towels are NOT provided for this property.

  Great location. The size of the property was perfect for 3 families. Having two kitchens was very handy.
  The half tennis court out the back was a hit with the kids. The cleanliness of the place was terrible. Floors were disgusting. BBQ was filthy. Some appliances were broken toaster/electric frying pan. Bar stools were broken. The plumbing was very noisy. Didn't feel comfortable using the toilet late in the night in fear of waking everyone up. The quilt covers & pillows were full of dust and the bunk beds were very unstable they creaked every time you moved. For the money we paid I did expect a little more.
