The Location - This duplex is located in the lovely Fingal Bay. Fingal Bay offers a magnificent surf beach only 100m from duplex (which is patrolled), Kiddies Corner beach, ideal for small children to swim and a boat ramp to launch your vessel. The pristine white sandy beach leads up past the surf lifesaving club up to the famous Fingal Spit. The spit can be crossed at low tide (with caution, check times with surf club) to view the ruins of the outer lighthouse residence. At the southern end of the beach you will find Barry Park lookout where you can watch Humpback Whales migrate north from Mid May to August and south from August to mid November with their newborn calves. Restaurants, the Surf Club cafe, take away shops, a garage service station and great pathways for walking and bike riding are all at your fingertips. Shoal Bay is just 3.5km away and Nelson Bay is a short 6.5km drive.

The Duplex - Ducted air conditioning upstairs with split systems in both the bedrooms downstairs and is one small feature in this lovely property which also boasts polished floors upstairs, a modern fully equipped kitchen and an open plan living area with a large LCD TV & DVD, plus free wifi. The property even comes with its own lift, giving you peace of mind with elderly or disabled guests and the convenience of transporting your luggage or shopping upstairs. There are two balconies, one with magnificent water views and another private one overlooking trees. both with quality outdoor furnishings and a BBQ.... perfect for outdoor dining with the best view in town.

The master bedroom has a queen bed, walk in robe and ensuite with walk in shower, it is located upstairs. There is also a fold up trundle bed in the robe. Bedroom two has another queen bed and built-in robes and the third bedroom offers two single beds and built-in robes.

An internal laundry with washer and dryer, DLUG and outdoor shower completes this magnificent holiday property. The property also has a Foxtel dish so you can bring your own box with you and have access to Foxtel.

There are definitely smoke alarms at this property.

    Great location and layout.
    Lack of Some basic amenities (salt/pepper shakers empty, 0No
    Oil, no cleaning products for wiping benches) and some cleanliness issues greasy marks on dining table. Greasy prints on kitchen cupboard doors) and plates returned to cupboard that were not cleaned properly.
    Cant beat location.
