This modern well presented townhouse is located in a well appointed complex only minutes from one of the most popular beaches on the Port Stephens Peninsula! Located upstairs is the master bedroom with an immaculate ensuite and walk-in robe and bedrooms two and three sharing the main bathroom with a spa and separate shower. Each bedroom has 1 queen bed. Downstairs features open plan living and dining area with fully equipped kitchen and a lovely private outdoor area including a gas BBQ and outdoor furnishings. Internal laundry with washer and dryer and extra toilet. Double lock up garage completes this property. Located only a minutes walk to the pristine patrolled waters of Fingal Bay Beach and convenience shops, this townhouse is in a prime location for the sea change holiday. There are definitely smoke alarms at this property. Please note: Linen and towels are NOT provided for this property.

Lovely modern property. Very roomy. Decorated nicely. Only down side would be no air con. I think would be hot in middle of summer. There is portable aircons but with the double storey I dont think they would cope.
