Bedroom two has two single beds and BIR.

Bedroom three has two single beds and BIR

Main bathroom has a bath and shower combined.
There are definitely smoke alarms at this property.

Just 5 minutes walk to the base of Tomaree Mountain, what a perfect spot to enjoy all Shoal Bay has to offer!

Please note this property includes sheets and towel, however you are required to bring beach towels.

  I have been coming to Shoal Bay for more than 40years and enjoyed every where I have stayed.
  The position of South Pacific is perfect as I have stayed there many times.
  The unit had not been cleaned as it should have been. Food left in the oven, one part toilet roll in bathroom none in the other broom to sweep balcony, no cleaning products or welcome pack. Mattress protector on single bed should have been discarded sometime back.Doona cover in main bedroom soiled.

  It was a beautiful location and overall it was a good property. But we had to clean the bathroom when we got there as we found clumps of black hair in the shower and the toilet seat and all over the floor. There was also baby cockroaches in the kitchen cupboards. If these issues are fixed it could be a wonderful property with a beautiful view.

  Exactly as described, a stones throw to the beach. Great spot on Shoal Bay. Perfect for the weather we had but the lack of fans and aircon could be an issue in summer.
