Del Rae, Unit 12/25 Shoal Bay Road

This well appointed two bedroom unit has a new kitchen and is directly across the road from the pristine waters of Shoal Bay Beach.It's only a 5 minute walk to shops, restaurants and cafes.

This top floor unit (45 stairs) offers a balcony with absolutely outstanding views! There is one off street car spot however it is very small so street parking is available.

The property boasts a bath tub, new LED TV and DVD player, ceiling fans in all rooms and an internal laundry with washer and dryer. 

The main bedroom has a queen bed and built in robe and the second bedroom has two single beds and built in robe.

Sitting on the balcony with your family or friends enjoying the view would be a must while staying at this unit.

There are definitely smoke alarms at this property.

  Del Rae is in the middle of a roof renovation. Builders were aggressive and rude and ruined our holiday. Thankfully Winning holidays moved us to another apartment the next day (although they are difficult to communicate with as never answer the phone) but the whole experience really put a downer on our holidays

  On line check in was a little confusing. But the unit was lived up to our expectations; although an instruction sheet on how to change the air con from cold to hot and a couple of thicker quilts would have been nice. But really it was a great get away & we literally had dolphins swimming past the property. Lovely

  Position of property is perfect. Opposite the waters of Shoal Bay and walking distance to the cafes and restaurants.
  All other areas in the Bay Area are a short drive if you want to go to a different bay. I needed to contact real estate on arrival because of two different inquiries and they were dealt with and I then received a follow up phone call to confirm that all had been dealt with.
  The windows only open a few cm, I guess for safety or weather changes but it would be nice if the second bedroom one opened a bit more as that room does get hot and AC or breeze from balcony doors struggles to get down there.
  I would definitely stay here again.

  Great location and fantastic view. Good size apartment with plenty of water pressure in the shower
  
  There are 3 flights of stairs and no lift. Parking is really tight. Once parked you cannot open your doors on both sides.

  I absolutely loved this place. Central to everything. A quick drive to one mile beach, fingal bay and surrounding beaches. Loved the apartment, very quiet and lovely beachfront views. Staff were welcoming and very professional.
