This lovely renovated little beach cottage is situated in a quiet area in Shoal Bay and is perfect for the family as it boasts 3 bedrooms and 2 large balconies.

Host a family BBQ on a warm summers night and watch from the balcony as the kids run around in the large fully fenced yard.

The well equipped kitchen is brand new which leads into the air conditioned, open plan dining and lounge area.

The main bedroom has a queen bed with a built in robe while the other two bedrooms both offer 2 single beds in each.

The main bathroom is upstairs with a shower and separate toilet. The second is downstairs combined with the laundry.

It offers car parking for two and also room to park your boat.

Book a holiday at this property now as it is approximately a 5 minute walk to both Box or Wreck beach!

There are definitely smoke alarms at this property.

    Management company is absolutely disgusting, no communications and is way out of control.
    I will stick to local Agents from now on.

    The house was ok although you should note that access to the 2nd toilet is via outdoor stairs and is separate to main house. You need a key to unlock it each time. Also, a lot of external stairs to carry your luggage up!
    Nice deck area which we used often and ate meals there. Kitchen good. Bathroom small but also fine. Bedrooms ok (one bed was broken by previous guests but management offered to send someone to fix it - we weren’t using it so said it could wait until we left).
    Overall cleanliness was only ok. Bit dusty and some left over rubbish inside and spilling out of the outdoor bins - they were overflowing from previous guests so we had no outdoor bins to use. Some holes in fly screens which let on mozzies!
    Location good, quiet at night. 10-15 min walk to shops. Excellent cycling paths in the area and we enjoyed Fingal Beach.
    Staff at Winning holidays were all friendly and efficient.

    My family enjoyed their stay here. Although it was small but it was comfy and cosy. Close to Shoal Bay, short 3min drive or 8-10min walk. Clean and tidy the beds were pretty good to sleep on. Loved the patio out the back and BBQ area downstairs was great! Pity the gas bottle was missing but we managed to borrow from our friends who are locals. Lovely area!
