This three bedroom air conditioned house is split level and located across the road from the waters of Soldiers Point! The prime location is perfect for holiday makers wanting to experience everything the peninsula has to offer!

The spacious deck wraps around the house show casing the fabulous views and features a built in bar making it perfect for entertaining! There are clear wind breaker blinds for protection when the weather is not ideal, but you don't need to worry as it won't take away from the mesmerizing view!

There are three bedrooms in the property all with built in robes and ceiling fans.

Bedroom one has a king bed,BIR, ensuite, ceiling fan.

Bedroom two has a queen bed, BIR and ceiling fan.

Bedroom three has a queen bed, BIR and ceiling fan.

Bedroom four has a queen bed.

You have all the comforts of home in this property; with the main bathroom offering a bath tub, shower and extra toilet, laundry with a washing machine, dryer and extra toilet then access to a double lock up garage and also a single carport.

    I absolutely loved staying here.The house was clean and beds were comfortable. The view out from the balcony was amazing, even saw dolphins swimming by. Would highly recommend it.

    Great location, property had everything you could possibly need. However glass sliding door lock from dining to deck does not work. Vertical blind wand in dining area broken. Cat don’t know who owns it kept coming in pet door in bedroom had to keep door shut.

    Great house for five old girls to have a catch up, plenty of bed rooms & bathrooms. Fantastic view from the great entertaining balcony. Within walking distance to Soldiers Point Marina, bowling club & small beach areas. Reasonable price for what you get. Kitchen needed a clean, NO access to the large double garage as roller door was broken, which would have been good as the driveway parking area is very steep, the clothesline was also broken, outside could do with a tidy up.

    Loved the house and location. You need to upgrade the kitchen crockery though and maybe some of the other items in the kitchen. It doesn’t cost much to have nice kitchen things.
    I think your welcome pack was light on and should include a few more handy travel items... when you stay in a motel room you get the basics and plenty of them, for the price the accommodation should provide a few extra touches.
    We stayed in off peak time and I feel early check in and late check out should be an option instead of the ridiculously high fees you charged if the offer was taken.
    The house was really great and the views were amazing.
    I would offer some sort of better system with keys as the distance between key pickup and drop off was a little ridiculous when there are services like safe key locks etc
    The lady who greeted me at reception on pickup was far from friendly and welcoming... no matter how busy you are, there’s always time for a smile 😊

As for the early check-in and late check-out. this may not have been an option due to the start of the school holiday period, and our property was already booked for our previous/future guests. If it was an option and it required an extra cost, this is to accommodate our staff, cleaners, etc for later or earlier preparedness of the property. Nevertheless, we appreciate your feedback and hope to see you again in the future.
