Fully renovated in December 2011, this two bedroom unit is immaculately furnished, only minutes walk to the pristine waters of Shoal Bay and offers lovely views from both the living area balcony and the bedroom balcony. This ground floor unit provides modern and fully equipped kitchen and two spacious bedrooms with built in robes and modern decor. Also boasting an open plan lounge/dining area with TV, DVD and a large private balcony with a BBQ and outdoor setting completes this unit. There is an internal laundry with washing machine and dryer and a double lock up garage. There is an in ground pool in the complex as well as a games room. A short walk to the beach, restaurants & cafes - great location and in a well sought after building. Perfect for a family holiday or escape with your other half.....
