Recently renovated and refreshed with beautifully presented interiors throughout, this spacious apartment will have you waking up to the sound of waves gently lapping against the shore and the smell of fresh air. Centrally located just 100 metres with direct access to the crystal clear waters of Shoal Bay Beach and a hive of activities in Nelson Bay, this property provides guests with spacious light filled interiors and partial water views from the balcony with an open, leafy outlook.

The property boasts gleaming timber flooring throughout and the large open plan living room offers new contemporary furnishings including a 3 seater lounge with chaise, 60 inch LCD flat screen TV, Blu-ray/DVD player, ceiling fan plus floor to ceiling windows to capture sea breezes flowing to a covered balcony with outdoor setting to enjoy alfresco dining. The kitchen comes fully equipped providing guests with the option to prepare family meals from this home away from home with breakfast bar/stools, new fridge/freezer, microwave, stove and stainless steel appliances plus a glass dining table which flows to a second balcony with a new gas BBQ.

The master bedroom has a new a queen size bed, side tables, built-in wardrobes, HD flat screen TV, ceiling fan and private balcony access. The second bedroom offers a Tri bunk with double size on bottom and single on top plus a built in wardrobe. The main bathroom has a standard size bath and shower, vanity and internal laundry facilities with a front loading washing machine and dryer. There is also a separate toilet with basin.. Leave the car at home in the car space provided as this apartment has the bonus of direct beach access to Shoal Bay beach.

  This was a spur of the moment decision to have a family weekend away, but we were so lucky with this flat! The location is amazing - water in both directions within 2-3 minutes walk. Flat was very clean with a great layout, and we enjoyed sitting in the sun on the larger balcony. Would return in a heartbeat. Word of warning though - we didn't have any instructions on which entry door on which block to take, so were lucky a resident was able to direct us to the right door & advise it was 2 floors up.

  This is a great apartment in a fantastic position. It is in need of some TLC, with both screen doors (that lead to the balconies) broken and both balconies really dirty. It also needed a good clean with large hairballs on the floor a couple of small plastic toys hidden in the rug. We had no linen and when it did arrive I was surprised that we had to make and strip all of the linen from the apartment. We also had no access to the WiFi for our entire stay. Having said this, it was a really comfy apartment and the bathroom, toilet and kitchen were clean. The position is absolutely fantastic, being in easy walking distance to the beach. I would stay here again, even with the few small issues we encountered....they really were not huge issues.

  Loved how quiet it was! Having the option of an ocean swim or a bay swim was ideal too. The apartment had everything we needed although there were a few minor issues that could be fixed. Take your own batteries as there is no air conditioning and there were no batteries in the ceiling fan remotes.

  Very clean unit and a wonderful location. It is situated so close to the beach and just a short drive to local stores. We will definitely return.
