You will be within walking distance of restaurants, cafes, game fishing club, country club hotel, shops & supermarket. Shoal Bay provides many attractions including swimming at a choice of beaches, bike and walking trails, public wharf, a boat ramp to launch the jet-ski as well as barbecue and picnic facilities along the foreshore. Other local attractions including an array of water sports, golf, sand boarding, camel rides, Murrays Brewery to name a few, are all close by so whatever type of holiday you are looking for Aura provides the ideal base for your stay.


The Apartment - Enjoy your holiday in style and comfort in this modern apartment with a private rooftop spa and a sunny alfresco area. Highlights include an open plan living & dining area which offers air-conditioning, 55 Inch Flat Screen Television , FOXTEL and DVD. The floor to ceiling glass sliding doors to the full length balcony seamlessly merge the living and outdoor areas for optimum entertaining. The balcony is enhanced by the outdoor furniture for your comfort and relaxation.
The fully equipped kitchen offers Caesar Stone bench-tops, dishwasher, microwave, family sized refrigerator, electric oven and cook-top and will suit the most discerning cook.

The master bedroom offers a king size bed, reverse cycle air conditioning, LCD TV, balcony access and an en suite bathroom with glassed shower, vanity and W.C. The second bedroom has a queen bed and balcony access. The spacious main bathroom has a bath, glass shower, vanity and toilet. A fully equipped internal laundry boasts a front loading washing machine, dryer and ironing facilities.

Heading up the stairs, the highlight to this property is the fabulous roof-top courtyard with its own private spa, BBQ and outdoor setting perfect for those lazy afternoons.

Lift access can be gained from foyer to the main level of the apartment and internal access is available from the security basement. Two car spaces are provided for your personal use. There are definitely smoke alarms at this property.

    House and location was very good. House was clean and contained vacuum, broom etc .Kitchen is well equipped, and great size balconies. Enjoyed the jacuzzi.Although the outside is in need of a desperate spray as there were many cockroaches at night, and we couldnt believe there was no internet. Not enough toilet paper. Could do with a new lounge.

    Apartment was lovely. Great location very quiet. Only issue was no gas in BBQ. Jacuzzi was amazing so nice to be so relaxed.
