When Location Counts! This beautiful property is located opposite the sparkling water of Shoal Bay Beach and only a short walk to all the attractions and amenities Shoal Bay has to offer including Tomaree Mountain. The balcony is the perfect place to unwind while looking at the stunning water views on offer. The open plan living and dining opens onto the balcony, while the fully equipped kitchen features a large window looking out towards the view. The lounge room offers a flat panel TV and a ceiling fan and wall mounted air conditioner. Bedroom 1 features a queen bed while bedroom 2 has two single beds. Both bedrooms have ceiling fans and windows. The bathroom offers a separate shower and bath, and the apartment has an internal laundry with washing machine and dryer for your convenience. There are two undercover car spaces allocated to this unit, and a short walk down to the local IGA, restaurants and cafes. There are also four beaches in Shoal Bay to choose from; Shoal Bay Beach is popular for paddle boarding and snorkeling whilst Zenith, Box and Wreck beach are most popular for surfing and body boarding. The unit, location and provisions were as advertised and overall really good. The only two downsides were 1. several of the plantation shutters had broken slats, which did not affect our stay, but the appearance and functioning of the blinds. 2. The hot water tank is very small - meaning showers needed to be very, very short and spaced out. Even though there were only 2 of us this was frustrating to navigate. All other facilities were great. We really enjoyed the view and the sound of the waves at night. Easy walk to shops and restaurants.

We had a lovely holiday. The perfect place for relaxing on the beach. Easy walking around Shoal bay and close to everything.
