This three bedroom, freshly painted,air conditioned unit is located on the waterfront of Shoal Bay Beach with beautiful views from the private side facing balcony, which is equipped with gas BBQ & outdoor furniture! Bedroom one has a queen bed, BIR and small ensuite. Bedroom two has a double bed and BIR. Bedroom three has a single bed and a single trundle bed which can be raised to the height of a normal bed, BIR and views of the bush. The unit has a combined lounge/dining area and a spacious kitchen with microwave. The bathroom and laundry is modern and clean! The property also features Hifi system with CD player and bluetooth as well as TV with DVD player. There is undercover parking, with the entrance to the units from the rear in Lillian Street into the first driveway. Your family and friends will love this location and keep coming back to this cute popular unit. There are definitely smoke alarms at this property. Linen packs for all beds is supplied. Pleasant stay, only problem was the Management company didn’t give me the strata key and left us standing in the rain for 25 minutes till they brought me the correct keys.

We regularly stay in Shoal Bay over the Easter school holidays. This is the first time that we have stayed in this particular property. We could not fault the cleanliness and location of this property. It is situated in easy walking distance to the beach and all the local Shoal Bay shops. The negative for us was that there is no internet connection to this property and the 4G data coverage is very poor making it challenging to access the internet by any means. Also, the noise from the local Country Club every single night is significant and because of this and the poor data coverage it is unlikely that we would stay here again.

The Unit is located in a great position, although located at the back of the unit block it is right opposite the water and within walking distance to restaurants and shops.
