Modern and spacious unit with a waterfront location........ these views can not be beaten. This three bedroom, second floor apartment has a northerly aspect enjoying the winter sun and the summer breezes across the bay. Open plan living, dining and kitchen area opens onto a good size balcony and sweeping water views. Eight stairs up takes you to all three bedrooms and the main bathroom which has a corner bath with shower combined. The internal laundry is complete with a washer and dryer. Communal pool is good fun for all the family. Bedroom one has a queen bed, BIR, ceiling fan and ensuite. Bedroom two has a tri bunk and BIR. Bedroom three contains two sets of bunks and also has BIR. Double lock up garage with plenty of storage, lock up cage in garage adjacent to car park can store bikes, kayaks etc. Relax on the balcony and watch the sun go down over the water, so close you can almost touch it! Perfect for couples or that relaxing family holiday you always dream about. There are definitely smoke alarms at this property. Our group of 6 friends had a very enjoyable stay here. Beds were comfy, apartment was clean and the view was amazing. Great value.

The location is beautiful and the views amazing. The living room/kitchen of the unit is well-equipped. The bedroom level needs some work. Stained carpets throughout, the fan and light in the master bedroom not working - some nights were quite warm, and the apartment has no air conditioning. Master bedroom had no doona cover/set at all, just the bare doona. Door to back bedroom was broken, and that combined with the carpet stains and no lamp made our daughter scared to sleep in there. The pedestal fans for bedrooms two and three were old and need replacing soon. For the price of the apartment in peak time these things were disappointing. We stayed beach-front in Forster for the same price the week before and the apartment there was much better looked after. The pool at the complex was great and our kids loved swimming there.

The unit hadn't been cleaned from previous guests when we arrived but the cleaners did come promptly after I called. The carpet is awfully stained so it makes the whole place feel not so clean. I wouldn't use the ensuite shower for the mould. There was no bbq as the details promised and the lights and fan in the bedroom did not work. There is no airconditioning.

Perfect location with a beautiful view. The unit was very clean in side. The only issue with this place was no air conditioner and it had a lot of spider web all around the balcony. The beds are getting old with that they make a lot of noise (metal frame) The on-suit in the main room excellent.
