Offering tiled flooring throughout this spacious 3 bedroom house also provides ducted air conditioning, a large kitchen with dishwasher, multiple living areas and easy level parking for your vehicle and trailer boat.

Cool, clean and roomy the main living area has a 2x seater lounge plus a 3 seater lounge with chaise, a wicker sun bed, LCD flat screen TV, DVD, FOXTEL, stylish prints on the walls and an array of pelican carvings. Step down to the open plan living and dining room which offers a double sofa bed, a dining setting for 8 guests plus sliding glass door access to a rear vine-covered pergola with outdoor setting and gas BBQ. The large family kitchen offers enough space to prepare a banquet and includes an under bench oven, glass stove-top, microwave, full size fridge/freezer, walk-in pantry, dishwasher plus a breakfast bar with 4x high back stools. The master bedroom has a queen size bed, side tables and mirrored robe. The 2nd bedroom has a tri-bunk bed (single on-top and double on-bottom) side table and mirrored built-in robe with the 3rd bedroom offering 2x single beds, side table and mirrored robe. The bathroom has a standard size bath, a glass step-in shower and vanity with the toilet separate. Other features include a level driveway and double carport, street parking plus internal laundry facilities with a top loading washing machine, clothes dryer and 2nd toilet. The rear yard is fully fenced for your pet and also offers an outdoor clothes line to dry your beach towels.

The Shoal Bay Foreshore, restaurants, cafes and bars are approximately 800m away or take a stroll down one of the bush tracks at the end of the street to discover one of Shoal Bays best kept secrets, Wreck Beach. Dolphin watching cruises depart daily from C dock at dAlbora Marina Nelson Bay with whale watching adventures available between mid-May to mid-November.

  The house was in a great location. It was a really nice big space especially with two toddlers.
  But as I picked this property specifically for its pet friendly appeal I was a little disappointed in the backyard, the yard size was great but the pergola had no cover on it so it wasn't great for a weekend of rain with dogs.
  Other than that it was clean and well maintained, however the bedspreads did have multiple stains on them which wasn't the nicest.

  A lovely holiday rental in a beautiful area. The living areas and kitchen were very spacious and everything was clean. Easy walk to Wreck Beach, walking trails and just a slightly longer walk to Shoal Bay cafes and shops. Appreciated the space, easy parking, tiled floors, ducted a/c, fenced backyard and friendly office staff. The vertical blinds are a bit dated and let in street lights at night (especially the front bedroom), bedroom carpet was quite stained and there was some broken furniture in a corner of the living room that brought down the tone. Overall a really good, spacious property in a convenient location though.

  Poor. House was fine Winning holidays was terrible. Wrong keys. No response whe tried to call the number. Only 4 knives for 9 people. It took them up to the second last day to provide more knives children had to eat with their fingers or we paid yo eat out. No broom. Terrible customer service.

  Loved the house. Perfect for our needs. My only issue was I had a late check out, did the right thing and arranged it and paid, it was too expensive and I dropped the key in a letterbox and no one even knew the time. Late checkout should be cheaper.

  The house we stayed in was very basic. I feel there has not been very much effort put into this house in the last few years as it looked very dated and tired. The house overall was reasonably clean and tidy but not great, the floors with carpet had a lot of dust. In saying this the house was a good size and walking distance to the beach.
