The Location - This bright getaway holiday home offers neat, comfortable accommodation in a natural bushland setting. Manicured courtyard and lush green lawns lead you to the Tomaree National Park giving you a great holiday escape atmosphere and access to the many trails for you to either bike, run or walk around. You can lay back and simply relax or close by you will find the beautiful beachside haven of Fingal Bay approx 1.2km away. This is a fantastic beach for all the family offering a patrolled surf area (from September through to April) and a great place for toddlers and younger children at the Southern end of the beach.  Also located at the beachfront are some great dining options.  The ever popular Longboat Cafe serves breakfast, lunch and dinner during the busy season and Salt located above the surf club for amazing views and food. 

Close by you have the slightly larger village of Shoal Bay which offers spectacular views out through the heads and over the bay with a range of dining options.  You will also find bike hire, kayak hire, SUP hire and a range of other activities here but always check for availability.  Further afield is the lovely township of Nelson Bay located approx 6km away, will have you sorted for all your shopping needs as well as home to many cafes, bars and restaurants if you feel like dining out.  

The Duplex -  Step inside this spacious holiday home, to an air conditioned open plan living area that opens out onto the rear entertaining area providing expansive views over parkland.  Large rear coutyard for outdoor entertaining and a BBQ overlooking beautiful views over the National Park at the rear with an outdoor setting for eight.  The high-ceiling living room offers 2 comfortable lounges and 2 lounge chairs, a 53 inch LCD TV, DVD/VCR Combo and now with FOXTEL (Standard Package). Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, full size fridge, electric cooking facilities, microwave and a Nespresso coffee machine (BYO pods).

The main bedroom features a king size bed, ensuite, walk in robe, Smart TV, DVD and private balcony. The 2nd bedroom has a queen bed with the 3rd bedroom accommodating 2 single beds. The bathroom has a spa bath and separate shower and vanity. Downstairs internal laundry with washing machine, dryer and ironing facilities and a separate toilet for your convenience. The property has also a single lock-up garage with off street parking-bring the boat!  Be tempted, come relax amongst a natural bush setting with a patrolled surf beach just down the road.
