The Nelson Bay CBD and marina are approximately 2km away and offer an award winning Marina, boutique shopping, restaurants and cafes. The Fly Point end of Nelson Bay beach offers a marine sanctuary with an abundance of marine wildlife ideal for those who are looking for a fantastic spot to snorkel or scuba dive. If you are holidaying with you pooch then a lovely off leash dog exercising area is at the picturesque Bagnalls Beach.Please note that the East coast of Australia is a paralysis tick area and we recommend applying precautions for paralysis tick to your dog (check with your vet).

The House - The Beach House Nelson Bay offers a home away from home for everyone including the family pet. There are many features to this lovely single storey house including an open plan lounge and dining area with light filled interiors, reverse cycle air conditioner, ceiling fan, leather lounge suit, analogue TV with digital set-top box,Foxtel, DVD player, CD player, electric heating, Wi-Fi, a glass top dining table and six high back chairs. The tiled living area is positioned adjacent to the kitchen and has split system air conditioning, a two seater lounge and sliding glass door access to the rear entertainment area. The kitchen comes fully equipped and has a dishwasher, microwave, a standard size fridge/freezer, breakfast bar with three stools and a stainless steel oven and stove top. There are three bedrooms, one has three single beds (two of them being king singles), air conditioning, ceiling fan, built-in robe and ensuite bathroom with glass shower, toilet and vanity. The second bedroom has a queen size bed, built-in robe and ceiling fan with the third bedroom offering a second queen size bed, built-in robe and ceiling fan. The main bathroom has a standard size bath, glass shower, vanity and separate toilet. This property also offers internal laundry facilities with a top loading washing machine and dryer, a double lock-up garage plus ample driveway space and easy off street parking for trailer boats. There is a fully fenced paved rear yard which has a gas BBQ and outdoor setting.
