The House - The Beach House Nelson Bay offers a home away from home for everyone including the family pet. There are many features to this lovely single storey house including an open plan lounge and dining area with light filled interiors, reverse cycle air conditioner, ceiling fan, leather lounge suit, analogue TV with digital set-top box,Foxtel, DVD player, CD player, electric heating, Wi-Fi, a glass top dining table and six high back chairs. The tiled living area is positioned adjacent to the kitchen and has split system air conditioning, a two seater lounge and sliding glass door access to the rear entertainment area. The kitchen comes fully equipped and has a dishwasher, microwave, a standard size fridge/freezer, breakfast bar with three stools and a stainless steel oven and stove top. Pets Welcome: Outside only.
