Watch the boats sail past or the dolphins play from your private balcony which offers 180 degree water views across Shoal Bay - from Tomaree Headland to the Coastal Patrol Lighthouse and across to Jimmy's Beach.

The kitchen is well-equipped with dishwasher, upright stove, microwave and a fridge/freezer. The large open plan lounge/dining room has a cane lounge suite, digital TV, DVD and dining suite. Outdoor living is a breeze with a furnished balcony and glass doors to allow exceptional water views from all living areas.

The main bedroom has a queen bed, ceiling fan, bedside tables and built-in wardrobes. The second bedroom has 2 single beds, ceiling fan and built-in wardrobe. The bathroom has recently been renovated with all new quality fittings. The laundry is adjacent to the front door with a top loading washing machine and dryer. Other features include a remote controlled double lock-up garage positioned directly under the unit.

For a swim, postcard perfect Shoal Bay beach is directly across the road. Just to the left of the unit is the new concrete wharf which is the perfect spot for the kids to go fishing.To keep fit, take the well maintained path to Tomaree Headland with the WWII gun emplacements and further on to the lookout, which offers panoramic views across the bay, or try the cycle way to Fingal Bay.

The unit is less than a 5 minute walk to restaurants, bars, a newsagency, grocery store and others.

  The unit is directly opposite an excellent swimming beach and moments from cafe’s and a small supermarket . It was on arrival sparklingly clean and whilst not up to the minute modern , comfortable and all appliances worked!

  This unit is on a top location directly opposite the beach of shoal bay. Unit is not fancy if you’re after “ schmick “ but it is clean and has everything you need for a comfy stay. Bathroom has been renovated which is good. Kitchen is original but we didn’t need anymore. The view in both directions is the top plus from the lounge room and being able to sit out on the balcony and watch the world go by. Great to leave the car in the lock up garage and walk along the promenade to shoal bay village. We would have liked an extra pillow case for each bed but all minor niggles We had a delightful stay

  Waking up in the morning looking out onto the waters from the balcony was spectacular. The place has everything for your basic needs which means you can have some change to spare on the attractions surrounding the flat.
