The kitchen comes fully equipped providing guests with the option to prepare meals from home or dine-out and includes an under bench oven, stove top, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer and plenty of bench space. The main bedroom also offers access to the main balcony and offers a queen size bed, side tables, dresser, walk-in robe and ceiling fan. The 2nd bedroom has a double bed plus a single bed, side tables, built-in robe and ceiling fan. The bathroom has a standard size bath, vanity, step-in glass shower plus heating for the cooler months. Other features include a single lock-up garage and internal laundry facilities with a top loading washing machine and dryer.

Located within walking distance to Shoal Bays BIG Beach, as well as the Little Beach foreshore where you will discover FREE picnic and BBQ facilities, a children's playground, swimming beach and a jetty to cast a line with the kids. WESTS Nelson Bay Diggers is a short drive by car (approx.850m away) where you can enjoy Bistro Meals, Mexican restaurant, entertainment and raffles. Nelson Bay offers a 27-hole golf course, pro-shop and club house approx. 2.5km away with Nelson Bays marina, dolphin watching, parasailing, boat hire, scuba and more only 2.4km away.

  It was tidy apartment in the first floor with all appliances we needed for our stay. Every thing was clean and neat. We had a great stay here. It’s recommended to all who want a hassle free accommodation.

  A delight as always. However, the property is advertised as having a lock up garage. However this year we couldn't access the garage as it was filled with a boat and furniture. If the garage is not available, it needs to be removed from the listing and perhaps a change in $ to reflect a reduction in offering.
