The Location - You will love the location of this unit offering panoramic water views over the bay and Tomaree Headland.  With a grassed area directly in front of the unit, it is just metres away from iconic Shoal Bay Beach.  This unit is in a fantastic location that will leave you spoiled for choice.  Spend your days soaking up the sand and sea and when you're ready to explore head to the lovely seaside town of Shoal Bay home to many delicious cafes and restaurants, which is only a short distance away.   Nearby is the boat ramp at Little Beach which offers a lovely deep swimming beach or closer to shore calm and clear waters for kids to play. Nelson Bay is a short 5 minute drive away where you will find shopping, supermarkets, and enjoying many restaurants and cafes or grab an ice cream and enjoy a stroll around the Dálbora Marina. 

The Unit - This family friendly unit has all the ingredients you need for a fun-filled holiday by the sea.  Its elevated first  floor position requires minimal steps to access. No height worries, so ideal for young families. Walk through to a well laid out open plan living and kitchen area with view out to Tomaree and Yacaaba Headland.  You can relax and enjoy a drink with uninterrupted views on your balcony which has an outdoor table with seating for four. There is a comfortable 2 x 2 seater lounge, with TV, DVD and CD player. The kitchen is well equipped with all you need including a microwave, full size fridge and upright stove/oven. The main bedroom has a queen bed, built in robe and balcony access. The 2nd bedroom has a single bed and a set of bunks. The bathroom has a shower over the bath, a vanity unit and a hair dryer on the wall with a separate toilet.  The functional internal laundry has a washer, dryer and ironing facilities.

Over sized single lock-up garage and one open car space. 

There are definitely smoke detectors at this property.
