This 3 bedroom cottage is located just a short 200mtr walk to beautiful Shoal Bay Beach and shops. This is a pet friendly property for those of you who like to bring the family pet along, there is a fully enclosed backyard (please note that pets are not permitted inside the house).

The lounge room offers polished floors with a large coloured rug and has a comfortable lounge suite with wooden coffee table and matching TV stand. The dining area also has timber floors and has a solid dining table with 6 matching chairs. The lovely bright kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, microwave oven and a full size fridge. The enclosed back yard has an outdoor dining setting with wooden picnic table and BBQ.

The main bedroom has a queen bed, the 2nd bedroom also has a queen bed and the 3rd bedroom has a tri bunk bed that accommodates up to 3 guests. The bathroom has a bath (no shower) hand basin and toilet. There is a separate shower off the kitchen near the back door. The external laundry has an extra toilet.

There are definitely smoke detectors at this property.

  Nice flat walk to shops and beach. House is small but comfortable. Needs air conditioning. Although pet friendly, no dogs inside and small dogs will escape under gate and under house.
  More power supplies such as power boards. Can’t plug in lamp and fan at same time or charge your phone.
  Shower is in bad location off the kitchen. Others can’t access the yard/ deck when people in the shower.
  Take your own tea towels and dishwasher tablets as these are not supplied.
