The lounge leads out to the alfresco and large enclosed back yard which has access to the path to Little Beach. The undercover alfresco is fitted with outdoor furnishings and a gas BBQ. The well equipped kitchen has a dishwasher, microwave, wall mounted oven, stove top, full sized fridge/freezer, Nespresso coffee machine and an island bench with bar stools. The dining area has a 6 seater setting with direct access to the alfresco and back yard. There are glimpses of the water from the alfresco and back yard,
There are three bedrooms with ceiling fans in each and timber flooring. All 3 bedrooms have individual heaters for the winter season. The master bedroom has a queen bed, mirrored built in robes, ceiling fan and wall mounted digital Smart TV with Netflix. The second bedroom also has a queen bed and wall mounted digital Smart TV with Netflix. The third bedroom has two single beds. There is also a portable cot available onsite. The main bathroom has a bath, shower, vanity and hair dryer. A separate toilet is adjacent to the main bathroom. The laundry has a washing machine, dryer, an extra toilet and a storage cupboard. The property has a large garage that is approximately 5.5m deep x 2.4m wide and a door height of 2m. The driveway is quite long and can accommodate a car or single axle boat trailer. There are definitely smoke detectors at this property and external security cameras.
