The Location -This townhouse is located within Pacific Blue Resort at Salamander Bay. Pacific Blue boasts a huge pool that wraps around the resort, day spa, tennis court (byo rackets), gym and a heated lap pool and spa. Just 400 metres from the Salamander Shopping Centre and 1.5km to Toboggan Hill Park. The apartment is only 1km to the peaceful picturesque Roy Wood Reserve which offers BBQ and picnic facilities with shaded grassed area, a sandy beach and safe swimming on high tide, this reserve offers spectacular sunsets.The main township of Nelson Bay is just 4km away for boutique shopping, cafes, restaurants and the marina.

The Townhouse - This generously proportioned three bedroom townhouse is a natural entertainer, Its modern, neat as a pin and perfectly presented all ready for your next Port Stephens getaway. The property is spread over two levels, the ground floor consists of an air conditioned open plan living area with a lounge area (with large flat screen TV, DVD and pedestal fan),a dining area and kitchen. The well equipped kitchen comes fitted with a microwave, dishwasher, oven and full fridge freezer, plus a built-in cupboard with a top loading washing machine, laundry sink and an iron/board. The lounge area conveniently flows out to a private enclosed courtyard with out door furnishings and your own private BBQ and plunge pool. Also on the ground level is a bathroom with a shower, vanity and toilet which is adjacent to the single lock up garage.

Upstairs you will find the three bedrooms, the main bedroom is fitted with a queen size bed and offers a private balcony, split system air conditioning and an ensuite with a modern shower, toilet and vanity. The two other bedroom also have an air conditioning unit so no one misses out on comfort, one has a tri bunk (double on the bottom and single on the top) and the other has a bunk bed. The main bathroom has a corner spa bath with shower, vanity and toilet. There are definitely smoke alarms at the property.

    House was very clean. Unfortunately the outdoor area was dirty, weeds 1 metre high, dirty pool. Lucky the hotel had a pool, because I was not putting my kids in that one. No WiFi, no complimentary item such as soap, shampoo, no dish washing liquid. Other than that the house was clean

    The company was very average to deal with.
    Inside the property one bunk bed was so unstable we could not use it.
    The floors creeked so much upstairs.
    Main bathroom was leaking the whole stay.
    Couch and pillows as well as doona covers on bed need a good clean!
    Very disappoining, this property needs some TLC!

    Good location & very clean. 2nd & 3rd bedrooms were very small - impossible to make beds properly. Auto vacuum & hose was left in pool and was obstructive when trying to swim - should have been removed prior to people renting the townhouse. No dryer or clothes line.DVD remote was broken. Many other minor issues. Would not rent this property again.
