The Location - Kiah is opposite Nelson Bay Beach and has private stairs that lead to the foreshore just metres away, the beach is perfect for swimming and you can hire out paddle boards and kayaks in the summer and Easter school holidays. Also across the road from the unit is the ferry terminal which will take you over to Tea Gardens. Follow the path 500 metres along the beach to the Marina On the way you will pass the Splash Water Park (in the holiday period) and a lovely children's playground. D'Albora Marina offers a range of water activities and cruises, boutique shopping, cafes and restaurants, wonder up into Nelson Bay town centre for more shops and eateries. Shoal Bay in the other direction is just a short 3km drive.

The Unit - This renovated, third front unit overlooks the stunning beachfront from the balcony right across the Harbour and the shopping complex. Beautifully appointed, this modern unit has a lovely split air conditioned, within the living area. The lounge room features a large 50 inch Smart TV, equipped with ceiling fans. The good size bedrooms both have ceiling fans, one bedroom has a queen bed, the other has two king singles. The delightful bathroom offers a bath, shower, and toilet. The internal laundry offers a washer/dryer and ironing facilities. Unlimited Wi-Fi is available upon request. There is one lock up car space available.
