This renovated, air-conditioned, wi-fi connected accommodation sleeps up to 5 guests (3 adults and 2 children but max of 4 adults at any 1 time) with a queen bed in the master featuring ceiling fans and a built-in robe, the second bedroom offers a double bunk on the bottom with a single on top (Tri-Bunk).

The kitchen comes complete with cooking utensils and a dishwasher for that added ease when on holidays.

Soak up the sun and the sea breezes in the fully fenced courtyard.

With plenty to do in Sawtell from tennis, swimming, golf, bowls, movies and much more why would you stay anywhere else!

  The property itself was nicely decorated and comfortable, great central location no complaints there. The management contact was poor, we arrived after not knowing where to collect the key and luckily someone answered a mobile number on the locked Coffs office site. The accommodation when arrived appeared clean and tidy, great location but it was infested with cockroaches, there was a musty smell about the unit, we worked out the airconditioner leaked after we came home to saturated floor and rug. I emailed the management and tried to phone numerous times but had and still have had no reply, luckily my husband worked out how to fix the airconditioner issue. We left a day early because of issues, perhaps a thorough inspection and check of maintenance is needed prior to next family staying.

  Couldn't fault unit, reservation process good but let down badly when didn't receive e.mail at 2pm on day of arrival for key lock box code and then took until 4pm after phoning and two e.mails before finally given code. This experience in no way reflects quality or satisfaction with unit as was excellent, just need winning holiday staff to be pro active and contactable, not phone numbers that won't answer.

  We were collecting keys at 10pm from a lockbox. We were provided two codes, one in an email and one in a text. Neither of these codes worked so had to ring for a new code. Get to the property which was poorly numbered and we were not provided with a unit number. Ring for unit number not provided. Walk through front gate and try to get in front sliding door. Key wouldn’t work. Phoned to advise. While advising we found the back door, through an alley where there was a car park and back door access. The keys were for this door. An hour later and we finally got in. Great location, great property for anyone including our family.great price. Just poorly numbered and no signs or instructions on how to get in.

  Great location, lovely clean small apartment. Walk to shops and beach. Checking in issues with property management company set us off to a bad start but it improved from there.

  The perfect spot for a holiday stay. The villa was spotlessly clean and has everything you need for your stay. A little garden and patio completes it, the perfect spot for a morning cuppa and to dry your wet swimmers.
  The pub is across road, supermarket next door and the beach 3 minutes walk.
