Modern & well appointed 2 bedroom unit overlooking Sawtell's beautiful fig lined main street and only a short stroll to the beach. The air conditioned unit has been fitted out for comfort and luxury and sleeps up to 4 people, with a king size bed and 2 king single beds. It has a delightful tiled open plan living area, which opens out onto a spacious semi enclosed verandah, which can be utilised in nearly all weather conditions. There is also a single lock up garage with remote control roller door at the rear. 

Linens provided. There are active smoke alarms at this property.

  You can get a more central location than 4/4 on First!
  This 2BR unit has everything you need for a stay in Sawtell, main street access means the car can be locked away for the duration of your stay and reach everything you need on foot!
  We have stayed here several times, and will keep on coming back - suits us perfectly!

  This is a spacious apartment above the main street which is perfect for being in the midst of Sawtell. The lounges are not very comfortable and overall this apartment could do with some more homely touches. Too many emails from Winning Holidays and having to check an email for code to get key was a bit inconvenient.

  After a 6hr drive and arriving to the accommodation at 6.30pm, all we wanted to do was check in and relax. Keys were picked up, but when we entered the apartment it was not clean. Kitchen had dirty dishes in sink, dishwasher had dirty utensils in it, floors were dirty, bin was full of rubbish, kitchen bench top with food on it, dirty towels everywhere, beds with dirty sheets and unmade. When the check in says 2pm, you think that they would have the cleaning sorted before we arrived. We rang the assistance phone and we didn't even get an apology. A cleaner was sent out to clean the apartment, but they left dirty dishes in the dishwasher and dirty sheets in a plastic in the main waredrobe. When paying $660 for 3 nts stay, you want a clean apartment to check into. We were really dissapointed. The location of the apartment was good, but the dirty apartment left a dampener on our stay.

  Sawtell has plenty of options from all the cafes and restaurants to the beach
  Unlike a hotel we were asked to take out rubbish and clean barbecue if used

  We enjoyed our stay at 4/4 on First in Sawtell. The apartment was very clean, well furnished and equipped. It was quiet and comfortable.
  There was a strong bleach smell probably due to cleaning, when we arrived.

  I absolutely loved this apartment. Top location right on the main strip with cafes available as soon as you step out the door. Beach not far away either. The apartment itself was clean, spacious and had everything you need. Good quality stuff too. Loved the balcony also. Will definitely stay here next time I’m in Sawtell!
