This townhouse is within walking distance of swimming, the re-opened Sawtell cinema, speciality shops, formal restaurants & cafes and the shady centre of the main street where locals and visitors mingle and enjoy the town. Also close by are tennis courts and golf course.

Beach Chalet 3 is a naturally cool 2 bedroom townhouse with open plan living, plus laundry (including 2nd shower and toilet) downstairs and the bedrooms and bathroom upstairs. Patio on both levels has an outdoor setting and is ideal for enjoying the afternoon breeze. This townhouse sleeps four with a queen bed in the main bedroom and double in the second bedroom. There is also a lock up garage with extra driveway parking, for 2nd car, trailer or boat.

Sawtell Beach is one of the Coffs Coast's best swimming spots and the village lifestyle has great appeal for locals and also newcomers seeking that warm community atmosphere

    The property is perfectly located and we loved Sawtell’s beaches and local shops. However there was no kettle or toaster which was inconvenient. We contacted Winning Holidays by email and nothing happened
