A short stroll away are two great restaurants, one being award-winning Saltwater Cafe and Restaurant, a pizzeria, general store, hairdresser, video store and bottle shop. Supermarkets and larger shops are close by at Woolgoolga and Moonee, while Coffs Harbour is approx. 10 minute drive south.
The House - This three bedroom lovely beach house ensures a comfortable holiday experience while still maintaining its relaxed beach shack style. It is only small but very comfortable, with a newly renovated bathroom and a deck with amazing views of Emerald Beach, the surf, and ocean and all the way north across the headland to Woolgoolga.
Living and dining areas are north facing with floor to ceiling glass capturing panoramic views of the beach, ocean and hinterland. The open plan kitchen is made of blackbutt timber with a dishwasher. There are beautifully polished floor boards throughout the whole house.
There are three bedrooms, two with queen beds, and one with two singles, with a modern bathroom. The large deck opens off from main living area, enjoy a family BBQ while admiring the view.
